Website Policy

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aegival may collect, use, store and protect information submitted through this website. The site is intended for business-to-business communication relating to sourcing, quotations, project coordination and general enquiries.

1. Information We May Collect

When you contact Aegival or submit an RFQ, we may collect information such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, country, project notes, requested quantities, delivery expectations and any files you upload, including drawings, BOMs, photographs, PDFs, STEP/STP files, DWG/DXF files, spreadsheets or compressed folders.

2. How We Use Submitted Information

Submitted information may be used to review your requirement, assess manufacturing processes, clarify technical questions, evaluate supplier options, prepare quotations, coordinate sample or production discussions, communicate next steps and maintain ordinary business records. Information may also be used to improve the structure and clarity of Aegival’s sales and RFQ workflow.

3. Business Communication

By submitting an enquiry, you understand that Aegival may respond by email or other contact details you provide in order to discuss the project. Submission of a contact form or RFQ does not create an order, exclusivity commitment or obligation on either side to proceed.

4. Uploaded Drawings, Samples and Confidential Information

Please submit only materials that you are authorized to share. If a project contains confidential or proprietary information, this should be clearly indicated. Aegival aims to handle project materials responsibly and only in connection with review, quotation and supply-chain coordination. Where additional confidentiality arrangements are required, these should be agreed separately.

5. Sharing with Service Providers and Manufacturing Partners

Aegival may use technical service providers such as website hosting, form handling, file transfer or email tools to receive and manage enquiries. Project-related information may also be shared, where reasonably necessary, with relevant manufacturing or supply-chain partners for the limited purpose of technical review, sourcing feasibility, quotation or production coordination. Aegival does not publish customer drawings or uploaded project files as public marketing content without permission.

6. Website Storage and Tracking

This website does not currently use non-essential advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. Basic technical services provided by the hosting or form-processing platform may be used as necessary to operate the website and receive enquiries. This policy will be updated if analytics or other tracking tools are introduced later.

7. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review an enquiry, support ongoing project discussions, maintain commercial records, comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. If a project does not proceed, information may still be retained for a reasonable internal record period unless deletion is required by applicable law.

8. Data Security

Aegival takes reasonable steps to protect submitted information, but no website, email system or file transfer method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For highly sensitive information, additional communication or confidentiality arrangements may be appropriate before full technical release.

9. Your Requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of the personal information you submitted through this website. You may also ask Aegival to stop using your contact information for ongoing follow-up where appropriate. Such requests should be made through the contact page or by replying to the relevant communication.

10. International Processing

Because Aegival works with overseas customers and China-based supply-chain resources, project information may be reviewed and processed across different jurisdictions as reasonably required for business communication and sourcing coordination.

11. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as the website, workflow or legal requirements develop. The latest version published on the website will apply to future use of the site.
